How It Works

A clear path from retired inventory to cash — built for mining companies, hosting facilities, brokers and estates. Start with a trial lot if you prefer; many partners stay with us through every refresh cycle.

The process

Four clear steps from inventory to payment. No hidden fees, no last-minute re-trades — we pay cash and handle logistics so your team can stay focused on operations.

Tell us what you have

Share model, quantity, condition and location through our form or by email. Photos help but are not required. Mixed lots and partial fleets are fine — we price what you actually have.

  • Typical models: S19 / S19j Pro / S19 XP / S21 and other retired ASICs
  • Working, broken or mixed condition — all eligible
  • Response usually starts the same business day we receive details

Get a firm quote in 24–48 hours

You receive a binding cash offer for the lot, based on current market data — not a range you have to chase. Proof of funds is available on request before you commit.

  • Firm pricing — no games, no surprise re-trades at pickup
  • Proof of funds available before terms are signed
  • Happy to start with a small trial lot to prove the process

We handle logistics

Once terms are agreed, our team coordinates testing, de-installation and freight. Pickup is scheduled around your site constraints so operations are not disrupted.

  • Testing, de-install and freight arranged by us
  • Costs covered by us unless agreed otherwise in the quote
  • Single point of contact from agreement through pickup

Get paid

Payment follows the agreed schedule — typically before machines leave your site unless we arrange otherwise. After a smooth first deal, many sellers set us up as their standing buyer for future refresh cycles.

  • Cash on agreed terms — transparent and documented
  • Clear paperwork for your finance and compliance teams
  • Ready to scale from trial lot to full-fleet volumes

What we need from you

Keep the first outreach simple. The more accurate the inventory snapshot, the faster we can lock a firm offer — but you do not need a polished spreadsheet to start.

  • Models & counts Approximate quantities by model (S19, S19j Pro, S19 XP, S21, etc.)
  • Condition Working, broken or mixed — rough percentages are enough at quote stage
  • Location Site city/state so we can plan freight and pickup windows
  • Timing When machines are free to move — ASAP, scheduled decommission or ongoing flow

Who we partner with

We buy directly — not as a broker flipping purchase orders. If you control retired ASIC inventory in the United States, we want a standing relationship with you.

Mining company fleet floor
01

Mining companies

Fleet refresh and decommission cycles create surplus S19-class hardware. We provide predictable liquidity so CapEx planning stays clean and on schedule.

Hosting facility miner racks
02

Hosting facilities

When hosted clients retire machines, introduce us. We buy the lot, handle logistics and keep your floor and power reclaimed without adding work for your ops team.

Hardware inspection for estate and broker lots
03

Brokers & estates

Private sales, Section 363 auctions and estate liquidations — we participate with proof of funds and the capacity to close and move volume quickly.

Why sellers stay with us

The first deal proves the process. After that, most partners keep us as their recurring buyer — because speed, clarity and logistics matter more than a one-time highball that falls apart.

Direct cash buyer

We are the buyer, not a middleman. Offers come with proof of funds on request, and payment follows the terms you agreed — before machines leave, unless arranged otherwise.

Ops-light for your team

Testing, de-installation and freight are our problem. Your site stays focused on uptime and power while we clear space and remove the retired fleet.

Built for recurring flow

As machines come offline each refresh cycle, you already know who to email. Standing relationships mean faster quotes and less friction every time.

From trial lot to partnership

Not ready to move an entire site? Start small. We welcome a first trial lot so you can evaluate pricing, communication and pickup before committing larger volumes.

Trial lot

Send a manageable first shipment. Confirm quote accuracy, payment timing and how our logistics team works on-site.

Align on terms

Lock preferred payment structure, pickup cadence and contact points so the next lots move with minimal back-and-forth.

Standing buyer

As fleets refresh, route retired inventory to us. Predictable liquidity for you — reliable supply for us.

Process questions

Quick answers sellers ask before the first deal. More detail is on our FAQ page.

How long does a typical deal take?

Quote within 24–48 hours of receiving inventory details. Once terms are agreed, pickup timing depends on site access and lot size — we coordinate around your schedule.

Do you buy broken or non-hashing units?

Yes. Working, broken and mixed lots are all eligible. Condition affects pricing, not whether we will buy.

Who pays for freight and de-installation?

We do, unless we agree otherwise in the quote. Logistics are part of how we make the sale operationally easy for you.

Can we start with a small lot?

Absolutely. Trial lots are welcome as a first deal — many of our ongoing partnerships started that way.
